A Childcare Center Site Supervisor is a leadership role responsible for directing all operations at a single location, including staff supervision, curriculum coordination, and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations. They bridge the gap between administration and classroom instruction, focusing on high-quality care, staff development, and parent communication.
Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Leadership: Mentoring teachers, providing feedback, conducting evaluations, and overseeing classroom staff and volunteers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and health/safety standards.
  • Curriculum Development: Coordinating developmentally appropriate curriculum and ensuring quality instruction.
