- Provide detailed explanations of repair and maintenance procedures, estimates, and timelines

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery

- Prepare and review service orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness

- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and additional service recommendations

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions

- Keep up-to-date with manufacturer specifications, service procedures, and warranty policies

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and parts

- Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers

- Proficiency in using service management software and computer systems

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
