Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential construction market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Generate leads and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Present and sell our residential construction services to homeowners, builders, and other key stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to help us maintain a competitive edge.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience & Skillset:
- Proven experience in residential construction sales is a must.
- A strong understanding of the residential construction process.
- Experience with a current client list is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Personality Traits:
- Personable: You are a natural at building rapport and genuinely enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life.
- Willing to Learn: You are adaptable and open to new ideas, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
- Brings Fresh Ideas: You are a creative thinker who can bring innovative strategies to the table.
- Licensing/Certification:
- An MHIC (Maryland Home Improvement Commission) license or certification is preferred.

- Compensation: This is a base-plus-commission role with a total compensation target of $75,000 to $100,000.
