Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned Home Depot locations daily as a product resource and support liaison.
Engage with store associates, answer questions, and demonstrate how to use our services and scheduling tools (via iPad and website link).
Provide ongoing training and updates to ensure teams stay informed and confident.
Identify and report any customer or store hurdles, offering solutions or escalating as needed.
Requirements:Qualifications:
Based in or willing to travel in Orange County or Los Angeles, CA.
Access to a reliable vehicle (with $250-$300/month gas stipend).
Familiarity or comfort using iPads and web-based scheduling tools.
Outgoing, engaging, and relatable personality—someone who thrives in a customer-facing role.
Flexible availability—ideal for stay-at-home parents, students, or those with other part-time gigs.
Prior experience in retail, customer service, or account management a plus, but not required.
