In addition, they promote the company's full array of products and services and will develop, implement, and continuously engage in sound strategies to meet stated business goals in terms of customer satisfaction and sales targets. 
 
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service or inside sales experience. They must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This job description summary outlines core aspects of this position, but additional duties may be required on a routine basis. This job description does not constitute the complete responsibilities for this position.    Responsibilities  Interacts with customers by phone to provide information about products and services and make appointments Initiates trusting business sales relationships and cultivates referrals Maintains records of customer interactions and transactions Handles customers questions and proactively gives information to set appointments Meets or exceeds all service and sales targets Performs other duties as assigned
