Pay: $5,000–$8,000 per month (Salary + Commission)

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Sales Associate who is passionate about powersports and thrives in a relationship‑driven sales environment. • Motorcycle license required (or must obtain within 30 days) • Experience with CRM systems and computerized inventory tools preferred • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport

Key Responsibilities • Engage customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge • Understand customer needs and recommend the right motorcycle, ATV, or accessory • Conduct follow‑up calls, manage leads, and generate new business • Use sales software to track interactions and close deals • Maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with inventory control • Negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable, customer‑focused sales
