Turndown Associate

Responsibilities:

• Anticipate guests’ needs for Housekeeping services.
• Perform turndown services in a timely manner to all assigned guest rooms as per standard.
• Maintains the cleanliness and presentation of all areas as outlined.
• Respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
• Clean rooms/suites, as assigned, which includes: making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and washing windows / tracks.
• Prepare room for evening services such as adjust drapes and adjust room lighting,
• Operate radios efficiently and professionally in communicating with hotel staff. Ensure the proper use of radio etiquette within the department. 
• Report any damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor
• Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management

Qualifications:

• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
• Previous resort housekeeping experience required.
• Flexible scheduling (MUST be able to work nights and weekends)
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
