How You Will Make An Impact:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams
• Support system testing, user training, and implementation of new solutions or enhancements
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders throughout the SDLC lifecycle
• Develop reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making and regulatory needs

Are you an experienced Business Analyst ready to drive regulatory technology initiatives?

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within financial services or regulatory environments
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, Visio, JIRA, and/or Tableau
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting regulatory reporting or banking systems is highly preferred
• Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus
