Key Responsibilities

Manage the renewal process, including client meetings and policy binding.
Handle premium-bearing endorsements, audits, and policy changes.
Oversee billing processes and collaborate with producers on collections.
Coordinate with carriers to secure favorable terms for clients.
Process certificates of insurance, cancellations, and non-renewals.
Prepare and submit marketing materials for new and renewal business.
Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

Experience: 3–10 years of commercial lines account management.
License: Active Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
Skills:
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and insurance platforms.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Applied EPIC experience a plus.
