Job Description
Consilio's ELS Direct Hire division is seeking a litigation paralegal for a client based out of San Diego, CA to join their Labor and Employment Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, assisting in trial preparation to include discovery and court filings, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.
3:2 hybrid schedule
Responsibilities
- Legal fact and basic legal research
- Prepare and attend trial
- Assist with case management
- Organize and electronically file pleadings
- Coordinate and schedule calendars
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years' as a litigation paralegal
