Proficient surface preparation techniques
Expert application of paint using various methods (brush, roller, spray)
Detailed attention to quality
Ability to execute the work order on time or ahead of time
Strong understanding of paint types and materials
Ability to work at heights
Ability to work as a team or independently
Excellent communication skills
Adherence to safety protocols
Demonstrating mastery in all aspects of painting
Alignment to company mission and vision statements, company goals, policies and core values
