painter / paint prep tech

We are looking for a crew or crews of people to tape off and prep 3 & 4 bedroom military family houses and do the general maintence for each unit. All work must be completed in a day (weekends are optional). We would like to pay by the unit but also might consider hourly. so yes it may be slow now like 3-5 units per week but up to 10+ per week in the coming months.
