What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll be the voice of the company, helping customers feel heard, valued, and supported. Whether you’re answering questions, resolving concerns, or guiding customers through solutions, your empathy and problem-solving skills will turn everyday interactions into exceptional experiences.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Research and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately
  • Provide clear, knowledgeable guidance on products and services
  • Deliver a positive, professional, and empathetic customer experience

 

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to learn and apply product or service knowledge effectively
