Personal Care Attendant

Job Description:

We’re looking for a dedicated and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home care team. In this role, you’ll provide one‑on‑one support to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Prepare simple meals and support with light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Document care provided and report any changes in condition
• Follow care plans and maintain a safe environment

Experience/Education

• Active CNA certification in Virginia
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude
• Experience in home care preferred, but not required
