NOW HIRING , TEMPLE TEXAS !! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial and institutional settings. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on quality and professionalism. RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED FOR THESE POSITIONS!! POSITIONS ARE IN TEMPLE/BELTON AREA.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers as needed
• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet health and safety standards
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Adhere to company policies regarding sanitation and safety protocols

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude toward work responsibilities
