Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manufacturing Controller, located near the greater Nashville area.

The selected candidate will manage financial operations, oversee financial reporting, prepare financial statements, and perform cost accounting analysis. The role involves evaluating operating budgets, implementing financial strategies, and collaborating with management to make data-driven decisions. Additionally, the Manufacturing Controller will ensure accurate and timely compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
• Knowledge and experience in Cost Accounting practices
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve financial performance
• Understanding of Finance principles and accounting standards
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable
