Forklift Operator (All Shifts)

Pay: $18–$19/hr
Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd available

About the Role

We’re hiring multiple Forklift Operators to support our food manufacturing clients in the Chelsea area. This is a long‐term temporary opportunity with consistent hours. Must be reliable, safety‐focused, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit‐down and/or stand‐up forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and production lines
• Maintain accurate inventory movement through scanning or documentation
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and facility sanitation guidelines
• Inspect forklifts before use and report any mechanical issues
• Support general warehouse or production tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operating experience
• Valid forklift certification
• Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
