What’s a typical day as Material Handler and Sit-Down Forklift Operator? You’ll be:
- Unloading, sorting, and scanning incoming goods and materials
- Accurately entering inventory details and moving products to correct warehouse locations
- Operating a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
- Lifting up to 75 lbs and being on your feet throughout the shift, performing tasks that require bending and repetitive movements
- Collaborating with other team members and stepping in to assist when needed
- Reporting directly to the warehouse supervisor
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 6 months to 1 year of recent sit-down forklift operating experience (required)
- Are highly detail oriented and can manage your own workflow with minimal supervision
- Are able to consistently lift up to 75 lbs and are comfortable standing and bending throughout your shift
- Possess and wear steel-toed boots as part of job requirements
- Have reliable transportation to the Riverside, MO location (not accessible by public transportation)
