High Reach Forklift

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team in a fast-paced distribution center environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently moving products and materials throughout the facility using the forklift. This role requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Pay: $23hr (paid weekly)

Shifts: 7:00am until finish Mon-Fri Typically 2:30-4:30pm

5PM until Finish / Sunday - Thursday

FREEZER ENVIRONMENT

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach to transport goods/materials within the distribution center.
• Assist with general labor tasks. Such as but not limited to installing racking.
• Build and organize pallets for storage or shipment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production goals.

Experience

• Previous experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
• Familiarity with distribution center operations, including shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.
