Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Porter position!

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Yard Porter Lead

Moving and transporting drivers to units, keeping track of inventory, and daily maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle lot/Yard. Exhibit safe driving skills and attention to detail.

• Shift: Monday-Friday. 25-30 hours per week and 7:00 a.m. start time.
• Location: Blue Springs, MS 38828
• Pay: $26.00 per hour.

Essential Responsibilities: (list not inclusive)

• Transport driver to units
• Refuel units as needed
• Recharge batteries
• Organize units when required
• Assist with locating units

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to demonstrate punctuality, time management, organizational/planning, and coordination skills
• Ability to demonstrate adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to quickly learn processes and procedures
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism & interpersonal relations
• Ability to effectively communicate - verbally and written

Work Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those the incumbent will encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. There will be frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme high temperatures, areas in which moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals are present, and overall outside weather conditions. Occasionally exposure to loud noise levels.
