Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring women, parturients, and newborns.
\n
• Manage and monitor labor progress, administering necessary medications and interventions.
\n
• Circulate during Cesarean sections and support the surgical team as required.
\n
• Implement and support mother-baby protocols for postpartum care and education.
\n
• Perform and document thorough assessments and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
\n
• Participate in patient education, teaching relevant childbirth techniques, and postpartum care.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current CO or compact RN license.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years Labor & Delivery experience, including C-section circulator.
\n
• NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Intermediate certification (required).
\n
• Proficiency with Epic charting system.
\n
• Ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams and mentor less experienced staff.
\n
• Experience in managing a 10-bed unit with labor, delivery, and postpartum rooms.
\n
