Bellin Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join the well-established Escanaba Clinic, serving a close-knit Upper Peninsula community. \nSchedule & Call\n

\n
• Full-time: 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)\n
  \n
  • Minimum 32 patient-facing hours
  \n
  • Minimum 4 clinic days/week
  \n
\n
• Call: Large call group, phone-only
\n
• No scheduled weekends or holidays (except on-call coverage)
\n
• No inpatient responsibilities
\n

• 2-year compensation guarantee

• 200 hours PTO annually during guarantee period

• 264 hours PTO annually after guarantee

Qualifications\n

\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
\n
• Completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency
\n
• Eligible for unrestricted Michigan medical license
\n
• Meets Bellin Medical Staff credentialing requirements
\n
