Bellin Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our expanding Manitowoc Clinic, located along the scenic shores of Lake Michigan. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a welcoming community while enjoying the support and resources of a large, integrated health system.

Our clinic offers a comprehensive, patient-centered care environment with a strong emphasis on team-based care and worklife balance, including a 4-day work week.

• Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Schedule:
  • 40 hours/week
  • 32 patient-facing hours
  • Typically a 4-day work week
• Flexible scheduling options available
• Patient Volume: 1822 patients per day
• Large Call Group

• Outpatient-only Family Medicine
• Established and growing patient base

• EMR: EPIC with remote access from home
