Physician Medical Director - Competitive Salary

Central Louisiana hospital, located on the Red River, is seeking a Medical Director for their existing OBGYN hospitalist program. The Medical Director will collaborate and support the clinical team while working with hospital leadership and serving as part of the clinical team. Ideal candidates will be Board Certified with at least 2 years leadership experience.

able to demonstrate clinical excellence with superior communication skills, practice clinically at the designated facility.  Qualifications also include, having an active and current skills in the full breadth of the OB/Gyn specialty with the skill set and confidence to be the only covering clinician in the event of an emergency, and a focus on providing quality care, placing the patient above all other considerations..  Full-time 6-7, 24-hour, in-house shifts/month.  Medical director stipend.  Generous sign-on bonus offered.  Recent competitive rate increase.  Employee model with full benefits package.
