VA Northern California Health Care System is seeking a Board?Certified/Board?Eligible Cardiologist to join our growing Cardiology Service at the Sacramento VA Medical Center in Mather, CA. Your Role
\n As a Cardiologist at VANCHCS, you will:

\n

\n
• Provide outpatient cardiovascular care at the Sacramento VA Medical Center
\n
• Interpret EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and other cardiology diagnostics (as credentialed)
\n
• Participate in inpatient consults and shared coverage across VANCHCS (as applicable)
\n
• Work closely with nursing, pharmacy, and specialty care colleagues in a team-based model
\n
• Support quality initiatives, program development, and process improvement
\n

\n

Ideal Candidate

\n

\n
• MD or DO with Internal Medicine residency and Cardiology fellowship
\n
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiology
\n
• Active, unrestricted license in any U.S. state or territory
\n
• Strong commitment to Veteran-centered, collaborative care
\n
