Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive care in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units.
\n
• Administer and titrate medications, including Pitocin, insulin, and magnesium sulfate.
\n
• Operate ventilators and bubble CPAP for neonatal stabilization and transfer.
\n
• Implement and monitor fetal strip central monitoring for labor patients.
\n
• Assist with routine and complex deliveries, ensuring adherence to AWHONN guidelines.
\n
• Act as a backup to fellow nurses, ensuring strong, independent care delivery.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Oregon RN license or ability to obtain a 90-day Emergency License.
\n
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required.
\n
• Experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Intermediate Nursery Care.
\n
• Capability to function independently and collaboratively in high-pressure situations.
\n
• Flexibility to float to assist in other units as needed.
\n
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to adapt to varying patient volumes.
\n
