An established, physician-led interventional pain management practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pain Medicine Physician to join its growing multidisciplinary team in Louisville, Kentucky.
This is a full-time opportunity focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered pain care through advanced interventional techniques in a supportive private practice setting.
Clinical Responsibilities- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
- Develop individualized, multidisciplinary treatment plans
- Perform fluoroscopically guided interventional procedures, including:
- Epidural steroid injections (cervical, thoracic, lumbosacral)
- Medial branch blocks and radiofrequency ablation
- Discography
- Spinal cord stimulation procedures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to optimize outcomes
- Focus on reducing reliance on long-term pain medication through procedural care
- Structured hands-on training program for interventional techniques
- Exposure to advanced spine and pain management procedures
- Strong emphasis on evidence-based, protocol-driven care

- Monday through Friday schedule
- Minimal after-hours call rotation
- Strong focus on work-life balance
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
- Background in Anesthesiology and/or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Experience or strong interest in spine-focused pain care
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Commitment to ethical, collaborative practice
