Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic respiratory care to pediatric patients in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center.
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver optimal respiratory therapy interventions.
\n
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
\n
• Ensure compliance with NLC guidelines and hospital policies.
\n
• Perform diagnostic procedures and maintain accurate patient records.
\n
• Participate in multidisciplinary care meetings to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current RRT credential; CRT not accepted.
\n
• Active Tennessee license required at time of submission.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric respiratory therapy experience required.
\n
• Experience working in a children’s hospital or trauma center preferred.
\n
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
\n
• Driver's license must be included with submission.
\n
