Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide NICU respiratory therapy to neonates needing specialized care.
\n
• Administer medications and monitor responses, ensuring patient safety.
\n
• Perform arterial punctures and interpret arterial blood gases.
\n
• Assist in high-risk deliveries and neonatal transports as required.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely charting using Epic systems.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Valid RRT license in Washington state.
\n
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience preferred.
\n
• Experience with Epic charting system required.
\n
• Proficiency in administering advanced respiratory therapies.
\n
• Ability to work every other weekend and float between sister facilities.
\n
