Tenet North Cal is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Manager, Pediatrics for a nursing job in Turlock, California.

\nResponsible for the day to day operation of assigned departments including staffing, the delivery of clinical care and physician satisfaction while meeting budget expectations of the organization. Specific responsibilities include meeting cost targets as stated in the department’s approved budget, staff satisfaction as measured by turnover and the annual employee survey, physician satisfaction as measured by physician satisfaction survey, and patient satisfaction as measured by applicable patient surveys. Additional responsibilities include management functions such as conducting regular staff meetings, ensuring staffing complies with ratios for safe patient care, employee counseling, monitoring of attendance and educational needs. Actively leads and/or participates in teams/committees to improve organizational outcomes and operations excellence. Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Education/Training
- Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program R
- Maternal Child Health Department experience within the last two years, required
Registration, Certification, and/or Licensure Required
- Licensure to practice in the State of California
- Two years of prior nursing experience
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory or management experience required
- Current ACLS Current PALS
- NRP within 90 days of hire or transfer
- Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring Course Completion within 90 days of hire or transfer
