What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized rheumatology consultation and management within internal medicine practices
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with protocols
• Participate in team meetings to discuss complex cases
• Educate patients about disease management and treatment options
• Support continuous improvement through quality initiatives

What You Need:

• MD or DO degree with valid Minnesota medical license
• Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine and rheumatology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Experience in internal medicine and rheumatology preferred
