• Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 pay of $90/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k
• This position will float between Bon Secours Health Center at Harbour View and Bon Secours Southampton Memorial Hospital

About Bon Secours Health Center at Harbour View

• Average Daily Encounters: 1
• Staffing Model: 12 hours of in-person physician coverage, 12 hours of night APP coverage with 12 hours of telemedicine physician support
• 1 physician in-house, 1 physician telemedicine/1 APP provider hospitalist team
• APP will act as a dedicated night provider
• This was a Freestanding Emergency Department that is transitioning into a growing community hospital
