Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients with various diagnoses, including post-operative rehabilitation and cognitive disorders.
\n
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to promote functional independence.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and health maintenance strategies.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic electronic health records.
\n
• Adapt to both outpatient and occasional inpatient settings as needed.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current BLS certification and valid LA State License.
\n
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy, with experience in outpatient clinical settings preferred.
\n
• Previous experience with Epic charting system required.
\n
• Experience with adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
\n
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering quality patient care.
\n
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are mandatory, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons only.
