Physician Medical Director - Competitive Salary

Albuquerque Post Acute Care facility is seeking a Medical Director. Part time and full time scheduling options available and while post acute care and leadership background is a plus, it is not required and training will be provided.

15 to 18 patients per day.  Flexible schedule Monday through Friday.  Part-time and full-time schedule options rounding 2-4 days/week.  Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care.  Collaborate with clinicians, facility leaders and others regarding care and services.  Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery.  Medical director duties for assigned facilities.  Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our clinicians.  Conduct clinical case reviews, as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care.  Collaborate with leadership to review care coordination initiatives, develop individualized care plans, and share ideas about facility metrics.  Highly competitive base salary and uncapped bi-weekly bonus for full-time candidates.
