\n • Required Licensure: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)

• Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only

\n

• Preferred Certifications:
\n • Years of Experience: 1 year ICU
\n • Float Requirements: will float on a rotational basis to critical care cluster or med/surg

\n

Unit Information:

\n

• Number of Beds: 26
\n • Patient Ratios: 3:1 or 4:1
\n • Equipment: Philips monitors, chest tubes, art lines, wound vacs, drains, EVD's, Nicom, BIPAP, Airvo
\n • EMR: EPIC

\n

Hiring Profile:

\n

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year ICU, inpatient only; this unit is an intermediate level ICU 
\n • Preferred Skillset/Experience:
\n • Type of Patients on Unit: Neuro, trauma, alcohol withdraw, resp distress, insulin drips
\n • Personality Fit: Team player
