Position Summary:\n
\n
\nSeasonal position focused on preparing and cooking a variety of food for the outlet. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment and involves a strong emphasis on quality, freshness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.\n
\n
\nIntermediate ski or snowboard experience is preferred due to location.\n
\n
Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:\n
\n

\n
• Execute all food preparation tasks, in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
\n
• Efficiently cook and assemble a variety of menu items.
\n
• Maintain clean kitchen and organized pantry and cooler.
\n
• Operate all kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
\n
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and cleaning procedures.

Secondary Responsibilities:\n
\n

\n
• Assist with general kitchen duties, which may include dishwashing and receive deliveries.
\n
• Other duties as assigned
\n

\n
Specific Job Skills:\n
\n
\n License/Certifications - Idaho Food Safety Certification (training provided)\n
\n
\n Technical - Cooking Skills/Basic kitchen skills.\n
\n
\n Physical Capabilities - Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift up to 25lbs frequently, up to 50lbs occasionally.\n
\n
\n Additional - Exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn hazards.\n
\n
Education/Related Experience:\n
\n
\n Minimum education required - English reading, writing and communication, basic math \n
\n
\n Minimum time in related position - 6 months kitchen experience preferred
