Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Assess and triage patients in a mixed ER environment with 4 beds and 2 trauma bays.
\n
• Provide emergency care in a trauma level IV, STEMI receiving, and stroke-designated facility.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a charge nurse and ED physician during each shift.
\n
• Float to Med/Surg and Swing bed units as needed on the same floor.
\n
• Read and interpret Mindray telemetry strips independently.
\n
• Follow navy blue scrub color dress code for all shifts.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license with at least 2 years of ER and previous Med/Surg experience.
\n
• Certification required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC, with PALS preferred.
\n
• BSN not required; must have an active license to submit.
\n
• Ability to adapt to rotating day/night shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
\n
• Must adhere to a 50-mile radius rule concerning current employment with associated facilities.
\n
• Ability to use Point Click Care (PCC) charting system efficiently.
\n
