Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, ER to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Provide care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act.
  • \n
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning for safe patient care delivery.
  • \n
  • Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and professional development.
  • \n
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities according to staff education and experience.
  • \n
  • Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • \n
Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Minimum of 2 years Emergency Room experience required.
  • \n
  • Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications required; NRP preferred.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in administering medications and monitoring side effects.
  • \n
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting patient care.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of nursing process and clinical nursing practices.
  • \n
  • Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and communicate findings effectively.
