Hospice, Hospice & Palliative Care Physician (MD/DO) - Full-Time - Florida

Health First is seeking a compassionate Hospice & Palliative Care Physician to join a growing, team-based program delivering care across home and inpatient settings on Floridas Space Coast.

Position Details

• MondayFriday schedule
• 46 patients per day
• Home-based care + inpatient coverage (Palm Bay Hospital & 16-bed hospice house)
• 1:3 call rotation with 2 days off post-call
• Full-time, employed position

Practice Setting

Join an established hospice and palliative care program supported by a collaborative interdisciplinary team, including RNs, APPs, social workers, chaplains, and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible
