What You’ll Do
  • Lead medical oncology team and supervise advanced practice providers
  • Manage inpatient oncology care, including all new consults and daily documentation
  • Perform special procedures for malignant and benign tumors
  • Collaborate with hospital staff at United Hospital, Abbott Northwestern, and Mercy Hospital
  • Support outpatient services with same-day documentation and coverage, if needed
  • Participate in overnight calls from home focusing on oncology-specific patient needs
  • Supervise and support hematology consults and inpatient care plans
What You Need
  • Active Minnesota medical license or IMLC
  • Board certification in Oncology and Hematology
  • Experience with inpatient malignancy and hematology patients
  • Comfortable managing all ranges of oncology consults and procedures
  • Strong leadership skills to support and supervise APPs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
