Emergency Medicine, EM Physician | Resident Stipend Offered | Live & Work on Florida's Gulf Coast

Integrative Emergency Services (IES), is recruiting ABEM/AOEBM certified physicians/nocturnists to join our team at HCA Florida Lehigh Hospital in Lehigh Acres, FL on the Gulf Coast. We are a practice management group who holds the contract to operate this hospital-based Emergency Department. We are not a third party staffing agency.

We are a physician-owned group offering:

• W2 or 1099
• FT / PT / PRN
• 12 hr shifts
• No non-compete
• Competitive pay

Emergency Department:

• 11-bed ED
• 29,500 annual volume
• 13% admit rate
• Patients/Hour: 2.2
• Physician Coverage [24hrs]: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
• APP Coverage [22hrs]: 9a-9p, 12p-12a
• EHR: Meditech
• Pay Model:
  • 1099: $300/hr days and nights
  • W2: $260/hr days, $275/hr nights + benefits
• Sign-on bonus authorized for FT (W2 or 1099) positions with one-year commitment
• EM Residents are eligible for HCA Resident Stipend Program. Ask me for details!

• IES is an independent physician-owned group based in Dallas, Texas
• We do not have private equity investors
• Our contracts do not contain non-compete clauses

Benefits: eligible on first clinical shift for full-time W2 positions (full-time is an avg of 120hrs/month)
