\n\nJob Summary\nCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
\n\nResponsibilities\n- \n
- Provide care for patients requiring intermediate attention and downgraded CVICU patients. \n
- Support thoracic, EP, cath lab, and structural heart programs. \n
- Titrate drips including amio, nitro, nicardipine, epi, and others. \n
- Collaborate with hospitalist and intensivist, and interpret telemonitor strips. \n
- Maintain adherence to department policies, including the fingernail policy. \n
- Participate in tailored orientation and pass open book skills exam with a 90% or higher. \n

- Valid RN license with a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar patient care setting. \n
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. \n
- Familiarity with CVU, thoracic, and cardiac patient care preferred. \n
- Experience with EPIC charting system advantageous. \n
- Willingness to comply with facility dress code and floating requirements. \n
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. \n
