Schedule/Hours:
- 3 x 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Must reside at least 100 miles from assignment location
- Valid RN license for the state or district of practice
- Minimum 3 years of ER experience required
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) highly preferred
- Certifications required: CPI (NCI with Advanced Physical Skills Training), NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, BLS, and ACLS
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality, compassionate care to patients with diverse and complex healthcare needs
- Maintain critical care skills such as managing arterial lines, titrating medications, conducting mass transfusions, and assisting with chest tube placement
- Respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
