📋 Requirements

• Flu Vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions only)
\n
• Experience: Minimum 2 years Med/Surg; inpatient setting required
\n
• Certifications:\n

  • BLS
  \n
  • Chemo (ONS/ONCC) – must be able to administer chemo
  \n
  • ONC certification required
  \n
\n
• Preferred: CPI, Charge nurse experience, OCN
\n
