Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy - Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Provide specialized pelvic floor therapy to patients, including both male and female individuals.
\n
• Assess physical conditions, set treatment goals, and develop personalized care plans.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using Cerner charting system.
\n
• Educate patients and families on exercises and body mechanics for long-term recovery and health maintenance.
\n
• Adhere to all facility policies and national healthcare standards for patient care safety.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
\n
• Active Illinois state PT license and BLS certification required.
\n
• Experience with pelvic health or pelvic floor therapy preferred.
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy patient caseload.
\n
• Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
\n
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records preferred.
\n
