Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Provide physical therapy services to all pelvic floor patients, both male and female.
\n
• Assess, plan, and implement care for patients based on their physical abilities and needs.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
\n
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and expectations.
\n
• Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives within the facility.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 1 year of experience required in physical therapy, specifically in pelvic health.
\n
• Current BLS certification and active Illinois state PT license required.
\n
• Experience with outpatient clinic settings and pelvic floor training preferred.
\n
• Knowledge of Cerner charting system preferred.
\n
• Ability to work efficiently in a critical access hospital with a team-oriented approach.
\n
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
\n
