Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Administer medications and manage intravenous lines for orthopedic, cardiac, and GI patients.
\n
• Monitor telemetry readings and respond promptly to alterations in patient status.
\n
• Provide care to patients with underlying behavioral health conditions in a secured environment.
\n
• Perform assessments and develop care plans for diverse medical and surgical patients.
\n
• Float between multiple units, including general medical surgical and telemetry units as required.
\n
• Utilize EPIC charting system for thorough and accurate patient documentation.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license; pending Nebraska RN State License accepted.
\n
• BLS certification required; ACLS and CPI preferred.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a large, urban hospital setting.
\n
• Proficient in managing drips, including Nitro, Heparin, and Insulin.
\n
• Experience with EPIC charting and management of telemetry monitoring.
\n
• Must be comfortable working with behavioral health populations and floating between units.
\n
