Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures ensuring patient safety and compliance with established protocols.
  • \n
  • Operate Siemens PET/CT and E.CAM equipment; training available for candidates without prior experience.
  • \n
  • Provide radiation safety education to patients and ensure proper handling of radioactive materials.
  • \n
  • Document procedures and patient information in EPIC charting system.
  • \n
  • Maintain and manage radiation badge provided by the client for monitoring exposure.
  • \n
  • Adhere to hospital policies, including a prohibition on artificial nails in patient care areas.
  • \n
Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Current BLS Certification required.
  • \n
  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB Certificate required.
  • \n
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a Nuclear Medicine Tech, with PET experience preferred.
  • \n
  • No state license required for Nuclear Medicine in Nebraska.
  • \n
  • DOT Certification preferred at the initiation of contract, required upon extension.
  • \n
  • Valid driver's license required for verifying travel eligibility.
