• Full-time, 1099 compensation
• Competitive compensation of $175 per hour
• Signing bonus of $20,000 to $40,000, based on years of experience
• First and second call stipends, plus hourly compensation for all hours worked
• Additional call opportunities available for increased earnings
• Malpractice insurance and tail coverage included
• 8 weeks time off, offering excellent schedule flexibility

• Care team model of 2 MDs and 7 CRNAs
• 112-bed facility performing approximately 5,000 cases annually
• Level IV Trauma designation
• Broad case mix including bariatric, cardiology, emergency, gastroenterology, OB/GYN, and orthopedics
• Supportive, collegial team culture with opportunities to pick up additional call if desired
