\n ✔ Active Washington RN License **or** Multistate Compact RN License
\n ✔ Minimum *3* Years of recent Emergency Department Experience**
\n ✔ Current AHA BLS Certification
\n ✔ Current ACLS Certification
\n ✔ Current PALS Certification
\n ✔ Current TNCC Certification
\n ✔ Current NIHSS Certification
\n ✔ Washington State 6-Hour Suicide Prevention Training (Required)
\n ✔ Nursys License Verification Required
\n ✔ Experience with **Meditech EMR** preferred

\n ### Responsibilities

\n * Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care for patients with a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.
\n * Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and emergency interventions.
\n * Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency treatments.
\n * Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in clinical status.
\n * Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality emergency care.
\n * Maintain accurate and timely documentation using **Meditech EMR**.
\n * Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
