Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Provide high-acuity pediatric intensive care to critically ill patients.
\n
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care.
\n
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and diagnostic tests.
\n
• Support families by providing education and updates about patient care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and care plans.
\n
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and national guidelines in all nursing practices.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of pediatric acute care experience required.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required.
\n
• Experience with the EPIC charting system is preferred.
\n
• Must have completed at least one prior travel assignment.
\n
• Ability to work 3x12 hour night shifts and meet facility scheduling requirements.
\n
